What is a Password Generator?

A Password Generator creates strong, hard-to-guess passwords based on the length and character types you choose. Slide the length between 8 and 64 characters and tick any combination of uppercase, lowercase, digits and symbols. Every generated password shows its strength as weak, medium, strong or very strong, and you can generate up to 5 at once.

How is password strength measured?

The strength indicator uses an entropy calculation that combines length with the size of the character pool. The longer and more diverse a password, the more combinations it contains and the more resistant it is to brute-force attacks. Start with at least 12–16 characters and all four character types.

Why is this generator safe?

Passwords are generated entirely in your browser and never sent anywhere. Instead of the weak Math.random, the tool uses the browser's cryptographically secure generator (crypto.getRandomValues). Generated passwords are never stored or transmitted.
